- The QM-Manager CEE is responsible for the certified integrated Management System according to Quality requirements in Automotive business, IATF 16949. The scope of certification are the five Service center of Henkel LIS in CEE, which impregnate and coat customer parts.
- Local support of the Service center in CEE for implementation and standardizing of our centrally managed Q- and SHE- processes. This includes new customer products and new service technologies.
- Cordination of customer complaints and 8D-reporting together with the local Center Manager. Training of Center Manager to maintain high quality level on-site.
- Conduction of internal Quality System and Process audits and coordination of corrective and preventive actions. Participation at customer and certification audits.
- Maintain Work Safety and Environmental Mgt System according ISO 45001 and OHSAS 1800 in cooperation with Country SHE-dept.
Your skills
- The applicant should have a technical education and several years experience working in Quality management for the Automotive business
- Qualification as IATF 16949 auditor and good knowledge of automotive standard tools like FMEA, Control Plan, 8D problem solving techniques
- Very good communication skills in CEE local and English language verbal and written
- Experience in Quality planning and implementation within Product Approval Process
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 would be an advantage
