- Management of customer orders and deliveries with pricing management
- Take steps to ensure that customers recieve their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
- Track customer open orders and shipments, Customer master data management and complaints management
- Maintain customer relationship and cooperation with cross-functional teams (logistic, sales & marketing, demand & supply planning)
- Basic IT maintenance and troubleshooting related to customer communication (e.g.EDI, webshop)
- Bring new ideas and innovations in area of B2B customer service for industrial and FMCG customers
Your skills
- Slovak or Czech language fluently
- Active knowledge of English language
- Customer orientation and performance motivation
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
- Advanced digital skills in SAP, Excel, EDI or simillar are advantages
