- Responsibility for coordination of price lists agreed between Henkel and suppliers; regular checking of adherence to negotiated terms.
- Coordination of new article creation in internal Henkel systems, ensuring smooth introduction of new articles into the Henkel portfolio of direct materials.
- Responsibility for resolving queries regarding value and price deviations of internal Henkel records, deviations between price lists, purchase orders and invoices or credit notes.
- Supporting Purchasing Community in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.
- Supporting coordination activities that require involvement of more Shared Service Center teams and/or other Henkel locations. Ensuring distribution of information to all internal and external stakeholders.
Your skills
- University education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing)
- 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
- Fluent knowledge of English language (verbal and written) is required, other language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel Accurate, self-organized person with attention to detail and interest to work with data Flexible, adaptable and driven person with pro-active approach
