- Processing of incoming invoices for 3rd party suppliers & other institutions (e-Invoicing, Excel uploads)
- Taking care of already booked invoices until ready for payment
- Working with tickets / e-mail requests – Both internal & external (Suppliers)
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- Creation dunning’s / claims and taking care of the respective documentation
- Initiate changes related to vendor master data
- Working with & creating special reports related to Quality and KPIs within the process
- Communication & coordination with other accounting teams on an international level
- Working on small improvement projects closely related to your daily tasks

Your skills
- University education preferably in a related field to finance, suitable also for fresh graduates but previous experience in this field is an advantage
- Knowledge of English language at least on intermediate level, German language on Intermediate level
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and a high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest to work in an international team and constantly improve processes
