Your role

Coordination of price lists as well as checking adherence
Coordination of new article creation in internal systems including communication with all relevant departmentsand suppliers to ensure the smooth introduction of new articles or updates of existing articles
Cooperation with the global Tail-End Management team in matters of tender planning, targets, KPIs (key performance indicators)
Preparation, running, tracking and evaluation of Tail-end tenders, with the focus on savings and improvement of cash net working capital including day-to-day communication with eSourcing team and Tail-end purchasers on tender-related topics
Tracking of global, regional and country KPIs on a monthly and/or quarterly basis including analyzing data, investigating root causes for discrepancies, following-up if corrections are needed

Your skills

University or College education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing
1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
Advanced English language (verbal and written)
MS Excel Technology (MS Office – Word, Power Point, Outlook)
