Your role

Planning and scheduling of European transports at minimal costs considering business and legal rules as well as capacity utilization
Carrier assignments and follow-up
Ensuring communication to local transport coordinator during planning process
Follow-up with carrier in case of non-closed Proof of Deliveries (POD)
Reviewing and proposing of improvements on transport planning scope
Cooperating with other departments to ensure the quality of master data and customer satisfaction
Every day new challenges and career development

Your skills

Higher education or University degree with relevant background
Experience in the area of transport planning, logistics, freight forwarding would be an advantage
Position is also suitable for fresh graduates
Active level of English language
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel would be an advantage
Reliable, communicative, positive, quick learner with attention to detail, analytical thinking and good problem solving ability
Motivated team player, willing to learn and continuously work on increasing the expertise in the area of transport planning
