Your role

Posting of 3rd party invoices, taking care about posted invoices until ready for payment
Communication with suppliers and colleagues from Norden countries in case of errors, missing data or problems
Resolving queries in regards to value deviations of invoices or credit notes
Handling of emails, tickets, dunning letters and ad hoc requests
Handling of interest invoices (invoices for late payments), investigation and communication with debt collectors in order to withdrawn interests costs
Taking care about standard procedures and constantly striving to improve the processes
Checking of special reports and doing reconciliation activities

Your skills

University education in a related field to purchasing or finance
Knowledge of English language on advanced level is required
Previous administration or accounting experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
Communication skills and a high service orientation, accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
