Your role

Responsibility for coordination of price lists agreed between Henkel and suppliers; regular checking of adherence to negotiated terms
Coordination of new article creation in internal Henkel systems, ensuring smooth introduction of new articles into the Henkel portfolio of direct materials
Regular reporting and analysis of price development of raw & packaging materials; processing cost for contract manufacturing articles and traded goods
Tracking of the global, regional and country key performance indicators on a monthly / quarterly / ad-hoc basis, analyzing data, investigating root causes for discrepancies, following-up if corrections are needed

Your skills

University education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing)
1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
Fluent knowledge of English language (verbal and written) is required, other language is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
Communication skills and a high customer service orientation
Accurate, self-organized person with attention to detail and interest to work with data
Flexible, adaptable and driven person with pro-active approach
