Your role

Performing specific tasks and operations in line with agreed SLAs & KPIs, active support of the overall team´s performance
Guiding & supporting team members in everyday issues and organizing regular knowledge sharing meetings & trainings for the team and business partners
Active participation in all new migrations & projects, active participation In testing, trainings, go-lives implementation
Collaboration with other process experts within SSCs, constant & active development of process knowledge
Ownership and proactive support of projects aimed at improvement, harmonization and simplification
Presenting and discussing own or team proposals for improvements with the supervisor

Your skills

Bachelor or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Management or other similar areas
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant field, preferably in SSC
Advanced level of MS Excel and SQL
Knowledge of mathematical and statistical analyses
Independent person with excellent process knowledge & strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Self-organized and detail-oriented person
