Your role

  • To identify employees with multiple responsibilities (MuRes) and set them up as multistate workers – analysis, setup with providers and local payrolls to avoid potential risks (CIT – Permanent establishment, Transfer pricing, PIT, etc.)
  • Development and update of existing policy for multistate workers within the Company on global level
  • Performing tax, social security, immigration and labor law due diligence to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Close cooperation with payroll and tax advisor (worldwide) to ensure best payroll solution is provided (from compliance point of view)
  • To cooperate with all involved departments and external providers, i.e. HR, Finance Tax Group, Controlling, Social security and Tax provider, Immigration provider
  • Creation and implementation of internal procedures and processes of multistate workers area
  • The provision of support for employees, managers, HR BPs, payroll
  • Coordination of personal income tax returns and tax reconciliations preparation

Your skills

  • Experience in corporate / personal income tax and knowledge of payroll / shadow payroll is an advantage
  • Fluent in English language
  • Accurate, process and data oriented person
  • Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and very good at process related questions
  • Excellent in communication and flexible to work in an intercultural environment with customers in different countries
  • Open-minded with the capability to work flexibly within a team
  • Strong in keeping deadlines and complying with guidelines
