Your role

Managing transactional activities and data of Transport Tariffs in various systems on a global level
Possibility to work on different topics within complex End to End process and get good overview about Logistics processes
Work in different systems (Oracle TMS and SAP)
Opportunity to dramatically improve your Excel skills and Database knowledge and connect them with real business
Communication with internal departments and external transport companies
Resolving queries in regards to value deviations of invoices or credit notes & performance of system checks
Opportunity to improve & develop internal process tools

Your skills

Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions), VBA would be a big advantage
Technical orientation, interest in Databases, analytical thinking and other PC skills are very welcome
Knowledge of English language on active level, good communication skills and a high service orientation
Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and interest to constantly improve processes, independent with ability to take ownership
Previous administration experience gained in multinational environment is an advantage
