Vaša úloha

Execution of customer account management – especially the process connected to deductions and disputes
Overview of customer accounts – credit and debit notes management
Daily communication in Spanish/English language with native speakers
Pricing and logistic discrepancies investigation
Reporting, invoicing, billing
Supporting requests of customers, local partners and other departments

Vaše zručnosti

University students or other candidates interested in a part-time position
Active knowledge of Spanish and at least an intermediate level of English language
Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
Ability to prioritize, attention to detail and willingness to work with numbers
