Your role

  • Ensuring sales orders are entered into the system on time for all entry channels
  • Daily cooperation with colleagues from the Front-office, Sales and Key Account Management departments in the supported local country
  • Taking steps to ensure that customers receive their ordered goods in time and in desired quantity
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area
  • Supporting requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
  • Proposing updates to process documentation / enhancement

Your skills

  • Upper-intermediate level of French language and intermediate level of English language is required (verbal and written)
  • Customer orientation, performance motivation
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently as well as within the team
  • Attention to detail, sense of accountability and flexibility
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
