Your role

  • Support of Emptoris (Supplier Management application) as well as Supplier Onboarding, Delisting, Evaluation and Development processes
  • Provide access to Emptoris tool to internal users
  • Support Source to Pay Expert for SLM in all tasks related to supplier relationship management
  • Provide trainings for evaluation process, update manuals and training documentation
  • Set up of evaluation events
  • Provide KPIs (key performance indicators) for evaluation processes
  • First level support for all user issues and requests

Your skills

  • University or college education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing)
  • Fluent English language (verbal and written form) is required, German language is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or supplier relationship management environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Communication skills and a high customer service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to detail and interest to work with data
  • Ability to work independently, to develop new processes with global way of thinking
