Your role

Responsibility for providing and effective link between internal clients (Henkel France) and panel institutes to facilitate delivery process and improve quality
Carry out database checks to deliver on-time and correct data
Responsibility for correct codifications of products in the databases
Reporting of deliver client regular panel reports and other specific chartings requirements
Responsibility for the quality of the reports, data and analysis as well as the on time delivery of the reports
Providing support and answering questions about panel and Minerva
Preparing and delivering of specific requirements and analysis
Organizing panel and adhoc presentations, brief meetings with marketing & sales teams and institutes
Costs controlling and supporting financial process
Responsibility for ARC update , the international Market Resarch tool

Your skills

University or College education in Information Technology or Business Administration
1-2 years of previous experience in IT, Marketing/Sales Reporting or Controlling
Advanced level of English and French language
Advanced level in Excel and Power Point
Ability to demonstrate a concern for quality and accuracy in all areas of work
Strong analytical thinking
Aptitude for accurately interpreting data and developing insights
Team focussed with particular ability to work across virtual teams
Ability to work using own initiative and organise workload to meet internal and client deadlines and commitments
