Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being responsible for complex management of the plant operation functions
• Driving strategic development and competitiveness of the plant
• Planning and proposing the plant budget, being responsible for allocation of financial and personnel resources
• Setting-up and managing KPIs
• Managing and coaching employees in their personal development
• Keeping a good social climate in plant
• Setting up and monitoring completion of agreed productivity improvement projects
• Being responsible for all quality issues
• Ensuring development and consistency of manufacturing policies, guidelines, programs, standards, as well as the local EHS regulations
• Supporting and actively promoting plant projects
• Reporting to the CEO
