- Responsibility for Production Performance in quantity, range, quality and time.
- Responsibility for all planning activities within production.
- Responsibility for Performance Indicators and KPIs, improvement processes, investment projects management.
- Maintain current and develop future new business.
- Lead Management team and motivation.
- Analyze costs, efficiency and liability of the existing plant and systems, evaluate changes and determine targets for the factory.
