Our very important client, the global company standing at the forefront of medical technology, is currently looking for a Product Support Specialist with Romanian/Slovak to join their international team in Prague.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing medical product oriented support for customers from Romania or Slovakia. Mainly you will be responding to incoming inquiries (phone, e-mail) from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, warranty questions, etc. Moreover, you will be in charge of following up with troubleshooting, all related documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidates you should be an English speaking friendly, customer-oriented and empathetic person with at least 1+ year of experience in Customer Support. Fluent Romanian or Slovak (B2-C1) is a must.
