Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our dynamic and fast-growing client focused on energy-saving technologies is currently looking for a HRIS Analyst with fluent English to join their international team in Prague.

Your new role:
You will be responsible for implementation of new or enhanced HR technology as well as drive system setup and continuous improvements for existing modules. Moreover, you will provide L2 support to end users, and will have the ability to diagnose and resolve errors and issues that occur with data, setup, processes, events and interfaces in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for a flexible candidate with 3 years SF HCM experience. You must be experienced in Employee Central plus at least 1 other SF module is desirable (Performance, Goals, LMS, Succession, Compensation, Recruitment and OnBoarding).
