International Graduate (Trainee) (f/m) Supply Chain

Cross-functional project work for 18 months, split in different assignments within a global SCM organization (e.g. SCM Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service) in local companies and headquarter
Conceptual work on different strategic SCM-topics
Takeover of responsibility in daily business
Being engaged in project assignments abroad for several months and building up an international network
Professional and personal development supported by two mentors from senior management


An above-average Master degree preferably in economics or engineering with focus on SCM or logistics
Ideally first practical experience in SCM, logistics or project management, e.g. internship
International experience, e.g. study period abroad, internship
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English and Czech
A high level of analytical and strategical thinking
A high degree of willingness to learn, performance orientation and commitment
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and inspire others
Willingness to travel, international mobility
