Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your responsibilities in a nutshell
• Executing a smaller portfolio of small to mid-sized projects of various types - internal, client facing, international, multi-disciplinary
• Managing multiple projects at once, being responsible (dotted line) to different stakeholders in a company
• Projects being of multi-disciplinary nature. Examples include: Implementation of new IT system, Coordinate efforts to deploy new Mobile app, Introduce new service to the market, Business process improvement, Adoption of new company-wide tool, Deployment of custom tailored solution to our clients
• Initial set-up and planning of projects (governance, phases, schedule, resources, budget, risk-mgmt, reporting)
• End-to-end project management with all it's processes (Scope, Schedule, Resources, Budget, Risks, Communication etc)
• Help setting up and optimizing project management processes in a newly established PMO office, including adoption across the company

Because the industry we run our business in is on one hand still very fresh, but on the other hand incredibly dynamic, we need you to be able to understand the need for executing projects in certain frameworks, but also be able to think out of the box, be proactive, dynamic, analytical and have a strong sense for accountability.
We are the exact opposite of a typical corporation. This means you need to be agile in the way you think and operate. Constant change is in our DNA and is reflected in what we do and how we do it. You need to be a fast learner able to grasp complex topics quickly with a relevant level of detail.
Previous experience with ICT, telco, banking (and similar industries) is very welcome as technology is an important element of our solutions.
