IT Business Analyst

We are looking to expand our development capabilities of the Novo Remote Gaming System (NRGS) by hiring colleagues in our subsidiary in Bratislava. The NRGS is a system, which provides the core casino backend for our B2C products, covering a wide range of player features, complex regulatory and compliance requirements.

You would be joining a team of several developers and QA engineers responsible for the continuous development and architectural evolution of a suite of modern backend services focused on a key area of our business. To support that, we are searching for a IT Business Analyst.

As a IT Business Analyst, you will be managing and defining the requirements for our cross functional team. This involves not only dealing with many functional requirements but also challenging non-functional requirements in the area of compliance, security, and availability.

Your Tasks:
• Gather and analyse requirements from various business departments like portfolio management, compliance, customer service or brands management
• Align with the product owner(s) the backlog and priority of the requirements
• Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and decompose high-level requirements into detailed ones
• Write business specification documents and manage requirements documentation throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
• Structure and align requirements with the development teams including technical analysis of the requirements
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure adherence to requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process for Requirements Analysis and Documentation
