Job description, responsibilities and duties
As an IT Specialist, you are a technology enthusiast ready to support our users and IT systems with focus to IT operation (routine activities), consultancy, first level application support, systems administration work, and software maintenance providing practical programming and technology implementation for business.
We are searching for a universal and open minded colleague willing to learn various IT knowledge spanning from Microsoft OS / DB / NW administration, Navision, Power BI, Service Management / Coordination / Project administration etc., supporting our senior experts and thus learning by doing.
Your role
Do you have some administration or programing experiences? Are you passionate about communication, coordination and helping people with technical issues? Ready to learn a lot and fast?
• You will be a part of small international team supporting smooth IT operation
• You will be analyzing and troubleshooting clients problems
• You will ensure reliable automatic systems communication
• You will implement and program smaller system extensions and adoptions
• You will collaborate with development teams of external vendors to analyze, design and provide technical solutions for our clients and partners
• You will have opportunity to contribute to all IT modernization cycle from enterprise architecture shaping through processes and requirements analysis to design and implementation
