Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Identify the agile maturity of the teams and the organization, and assist in
developing the necessary actions to increase them
• Eliminate support from the team
• Execution and moderation of agile ceremonies (review, review, assistance
with refining, lanning, daily, open spaces, World Café, ...)
• Creating transparency in the performance and development of teams
• Support in the identification and development of necessary skills
• Disclosing and removing obstacles that prevent an organization from
generating value for the customer
• Supporting the product owner in backlog maintenance and communicating
with stakeholders, executives, departments, etc. to ensure the value of the
backlog items
• Encourage and encourage cooperation (bridge builders) between team
members, departments, leaders to promote independent communication, and
recognize conflicts

Personality requirements and skills

Conditions:
• Several years of professional experience as
Scrum Master
• Background in software development desirable
• Very good knowledge and practical experience
like Kanban
• Scrum Master certification and / or experience
in requirements engineering is
an advantage
• Tenacity and resilience
• Strong, solution-oriented personality with
communication and negotiating skills
• Experience with workshop and training
moderation would be a plus
• Very good German or English skills
