An international company is looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering outstanding service for its clientele where you can use your communicative as well as analytical side. You will participate in the following interesting activities:
- Daily communication in GERMAN and ENGLISH with colleagues
- Managing flow of the business processes by data analyzing, data reporting
- Preparation of presentations on request
- Working with general agreements of international clients (checking the data, processing all needed information from another departments to the agreements)
- Regular reporting activities
- Actively participating on meetings

Requirements
You are suitable candidate if:
- You have at least one year of experience where you worked in amdinistration as well as active contact with clients/ stakeholders
- You have an active knowledge of German and English language- fluent communication
- You are an experienced user of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables)
- You have successfully completed university (economic specialisation is a HUGE advantage)
- You are a team player with an analytical mind-set
