Helpdesk Agent with languages French or Arabic

Your daily tasks will involve:
- Assisting clients with technical and functional issues in buildings where they are located
- Creating solutions how to fix or repair the case
- Working mainly with ticketing system
- Providing feedbacks and follow-ups to clients
- Improving, innovating manuals

- ENGLISH on advanced level C1
- French or Arabic on advanced level- C1
- Valid work permit with permanent residence for Slovakia
- One year experience in client service, support, helpdesk
- Communicative and friendly team member who is not afraid to work hard in rather small team (8 people)
- Motivation for communication and international environment
