Payment/ invoice analyst

Your tasks would include:

- Analyse and resolve inquiries regarding payments and invoices
- Communication by phone or e-mail with vendors from Italy
- Ensure timely and accurate payments by solving inqieries
- Reconciliations of credit notes
- Internal communication with different departments who may help you resolve queries

- Fluent and advanced (C1) level of both English and Italian language
- Experience from financial field is an advantage but not a condition
- Strong communication skills, orientation to detail and to customer
