- Processing of employee personal data and company organizational structures
- Providing support to local offices during the joining, on-boarding and leaving process
- Support smooth entry and exit of employees, including administering background checks
- Coordinating with local office for new hire orientation and processing relevant paperwork
- Sharing HR/benefits information with new employees, and coordinating new hire processes
- Ensure proper entry and maintenance of employee data and organizational structures into SAP
- Perform periodic data audits to validate integrity of information
- Generate and distribute reports and analytics
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the HR admin function

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business or HR
- FLUENT LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS A MUST
- FLUENT LEVEL OF ROMANIAN IS A MUST
- Experience in international companies with focus on HR administration, Employee Master Data or Payroll activities
- Beneficial / advantageous: working experience in an SSC
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Beneficial / advantageous: knowledge of working in SAP HR
- Communication skills
- Reliability
- Teamplayer
