Helpdesk in German

Are you a technical type and do you like gaming? Would you like to help gamers with their troubles? Be a tech support!

Your responsibilities will include:

- Non- voice/ written support of gamers' issues in German language
- Solving difficulties with both PC and console gaming
- Professional communication with clients and providing an extraordinary support and care
- Support of other teams when needed

The salary may be higher based on your experience.

Reqirements:

- Fluent German language in both written and spoken form
- Fluency in English language
- Passion for gaming or at least a knowledge of PC and console gaming
- Previous experience in technical support is an advantage
