Project manager

Job requires:

- Managing and controlling of IT projects, resource and budget management
- Risk and quality management, documentation management, reporting
- Effective negotiation with immediate and crossfunctional team members to define the team's goals, work content and schedules
- Accomplishing IT staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Coaching, counseling, disciplining employees
- Initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
- Maintaining staff by recruiting and training employee
- Moderating and leading meetings
- Scheduling and supervising projects
- Allocation of work among involved parties
- Writing of project documentation
- Recognizing and articulating complex problems related to
the project

- University degree
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodology: PMI, Prince 2
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Advanced knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of IT
- Experience with leading medium and large projects - min. 2 years
- Knowledge of Procurement
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possitive and professional attitude
