Senior accountant and ifrs reporting Specialist

We are searching for experienced COMPLEX ACCOUNTANT or CONTROLLER or AUDITOR with fluent English. We offer a great opportunity to continue your career as a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT and IFRS REPORTING SPECIALIST within dynamic working atmosphere.

The core competencies:

- Responsibility for financial statements (BS, P&L)
- Participating on preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Participating on internal projects
- Communication with managers
- Participation on forecasting and budgeting
- Regular reporting of financial results for related business unit to management
- Internal and external communication with departments & business units in Slovak and English
- Preparation of support documentation for audits
- Participation on various projects
- Ad hoc tasks and support for management

The suitable candidates meet this requirements:

- University degree in finance or accounting
- Over 2 years of experience in audit / G/L accounting/ controlling / complex accounting
- Knowledge of consolidation principle MUST
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Knowledge of IFRS and Slovak statutory accounting regulations
- Proficient with EXCEL ( familiar with data import from various text formats, able to analyse and present data using Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF and other similar functions)
- International experience (knowledge of SSC processes)
- A partially qualified ACCA student
