Project manager with english or german

Our client offers you the opportunity to prove yourself and demonstrate your skills as a PROJECT MANAGER.

Job requires:

- Managing and controlling of ICT projects, resource and budget management
- Risk and quality management, documentation management, reporting
- Effective negotiation with immediate and crossfunctional team members to define the team's goals, work content and schedules
- Accomplishing IT staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Coaching, counseling, disciplining employees
- Initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
- Maintaining staff by recruiting and training employee
- Moderating and leading meetings
- Scheduling and supervising projects
- Allocation of work among involved parties
- Writing of project documentation
- Recognizing and articulating complex problems related to
the project

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- Experience in project management methodology
- Extensive knowledge of project management: PMI (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of English or German language
- Experience with leading medium and large projects - min. 2 years
- Knowledge of ICT (services, infrasctructure, enterprise sw)
- Technical awareness of local and wide area networks, LANs, Data Centres (big advantage)
- Security/Firewalls, and Voice CPE (big advantage)
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, possitive and professional attitude
