Business analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as a Business Analyst.

Job description:
- COINS tool support for Commercial and Enterprise Sales and other business partners
- Address support escalations as appropriate
- For all issues use Trouble Ticket Tool and maintain all issues well documented
- Provide training to users and junior peers
- Reporting

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

- University degree
- 2 years of relevant experience
- User knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of SQL is advantage
