Manager of smaller finance team in international company

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the team, supervising and supporting members of team responsible for day to day activities within asset management area
- Monitoring KPIs
- Communicating with business partners
- Developing the team, provide them continuous training
- Dealing with escalations, preventing operational risks
- Making sure that processes are in compliance with company´s policy and requirements

Who we are looking for:

- Experienced teamleader – at least 2 years of experience in leading role
- Knowledge and experience from finance/investment area
- Active level of English language
- Dynamic and proactive approach
- Willingness to learn new things
