We are looking for experienced Team leader with IT overview and broaden experience with leading larger teams ( 15 - 30 ) of IT specialists.
In the position of Teamleader you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team of IT specialists
- Running process and takeover of projects
- Planning resources / finance, human, technical /
- Creating rules, processes and procedures
- Planning of costs, regular cost checks
- Analysis of costs, initiation of steps to decrease costs
- Responsibility for employees (training, target managment, planing work time)
- Good knowledge of Project managment

Requirements
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
- University education, preferably in IT or related field
- English language (advanced level), German language is advantage
- Overview in IT/Telco, especially about system administration
- At least 3 years of leadership (team, people and/or project management experience)
- Very good knowledge of the operation process
- Knowledge about methods, organization and production of IT-services
- Experience in working with Clients; focus on Client satisfaction
- Experience in working in multi-organization worldwide teams
Personal abilities:
- Very good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with preparing presentations, proposing solutions and driving decisions
- Experience in leading project teams towards a defined common objective and engage with others to achieve win/win solutions
- Ability to work autonomously as well as independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, fast learning, teamwork, good analytical, consulting and problem solving skills
