Do you have any experience from multinational company? Do you speak French, German, Italian or Greek? If you like to work in dynamic environment and you prefer administrative role, this opportunity may be interesting for you. Your daily activities will include:

- Active support of clients and key account managers from different countries
- Responsible for master data
- Creating and processing orders from clients
- Solving claims – analysing documentations
- Creating pricing offers
- Creating training materials, guidelines, improving the processes

Requirements

If you meet following requirements, we are more than happy to consider you for the role:

- You have already worked for international company – at least 1 year as customer support or any administrative or back office role
- You speak French or German or Italian or Greek – we need someone who feels comfortable in that language as you will actively communicate with native speakers (written and verbal)
- You speak English and you can handle interview in English language
- If we ask you how to filter something in Excel you don’t need to use google
- You are able to start the latest middle of August
