Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Pre-deliveries creation and deliveries monitoring, transport management
- Customer service level, customer portal management, knowledge of customer`s requirements
- Communication with customer, logistic claim management in cooperation with other involved departments
- Returnable packaging management
- Communication within logistic department regarding production plan, component deliveries, inventories
- Cooperation with other departments on solving related tasks
