The PLC AUTOMATION TeamLeader is a Technically Responsible Person's role with responsibility for undertaking or complying with the following:
* Management and Technical Control of PLC Software
* Understanding of EC&I Hardware interfaces
* Supervision and control of PLC/SCADA software team
* Project Management Interaction
* Control of task duration estimates and software team schedule
* Quality Compliance
* Health & Safety
* Technically Responsible Person Role
* Continual Improvement
Within the framework of the above activities, the main purpose of the role is to provide leadership and management for PLC/SCADA testing and commissioning support.

* Ability to manage own workload and self-manage to deliver tasks
* Ability to make prioritisation decisions on work
* Experience with PLC programming on senior level
