The team of Record-to- Report is newly established and your position will be more focused on people management.
* People management - leading of cca 15 team members, their support and coaching, mentoring, KPIs and SLAs evaluation, training, and development planning, regular 1to1 meetings, hiring. and others.
* Operational tasks - reporting to RTR Senior Manager, participating in projects, transitions, and regular meetings with other Team Leaders, transferring Record-to-Report Accounting processes if needed, supporting month-end closing activities, providing continuous improvements tasks.
Your team would cover these areas:
- Weekly and monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Following up, investigating, and resolution of discrepancies between accounts
- Selection of invoices to be paid, as well as payment proposal
- Following up on disputed and aged items
- Confirmation of intercompany balances for all client's entities
- Preparation of reports related to intercompany activity
