We are looking for a motivated and flexible person, who will take accountability for running daily administrative, office operations, and HR support tasks. You will report to the Office Manager and HR Manager.

This is a part-time position with flexible working time (also suitable for students).

Salary

500 EUR/monthSalaries vary based on relevant experience & skills. Annual salary bonus based on individual & company performance.

Your role

You will

  • Help sourcing suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Phone pre-screen potential candidates
  • Manage, schedule and coordinate interviews for HR colleagues and technical leadership
  • Communicate feedback to applicants
  • Coordinate and actively participate in the first days of our newcomers
  • Organize and schedule office appointments, events
  • Suggest and prepare team building and office activities
  • Check and order office supplies
  • Fulfill other ad hoc tasks and assignments

Required Skills

  • Administrative experience and/or HR experience is a must
  • English level B2 is required
  • MS Outlook (or equivalent) is required
  • Basics of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, politeness and ability to express yourself in a professional, educated manner
  • Organizational and time management skills - you should know when to ask for help and how to prioritize
  • Analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and independent approach to all office related activities, including fondness of interior design, team activities, etc.
  • Creative and enthusiastic personality
  • Basic understanding of the IT world and overview in IT job positions is welcome
