Job description, responsibilities and duties

Strategy and Leadership
- Development and implementation of long-term corporate partnerships strategy and goals in compliance with the mission of the organization;
- Leadership and professional development of corporate and strategic relations (CSR) department’s staff;
- Overseeing of the creation of strategic partnership proposals and its quality check;
- Accountable for the creation of the individual strategies towards the new but also existing partners;
- Decision making on the strategic issues;
- Direct management of CSR Manager;
- Supervision over the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of all new strategic initiatives coming out of CSR department (i.e. membership, endowment, crowd funding);
- Responsibility for smooth cooperation of CSR coordinators with other GLOBSEC’s departments.

Fundraising and controlling
- Development and maintenance of strategic relations with business leaders and corporate partners;
- Responsibility for securing funds availability to permit the organization to achieve its strategic goals;
- Identification and realization of fundraising opportunities in coordination with GLOBSEC Policy Institute and Strategic Forums department;
- Accountability for overall expenses budget of CSR department;
- Supervision over the fulfilment or corporate and strategic partnerships deliverables;

Content
- Identification of new strategic topics that will drive the future of corporate world;
- Active co-operation with GLOBSEC Policy Institute and Strategic Forums department with focus on defining and adjusting content work to increase its fundraising potential;
- Development and maintenance of communication with external experts and advisors;
- Guiding and supporting CSR coordinators on new initiatives development (i.e. City Challenge)

Representation and networking
- Representation of the GLOBSEC CSR department at events with business and foundations leaders;
- Active search for new partnerships opportunities;

- 7+ years of experience in corporate environment / business consulting / business development;
- 2+ years of experience in corporate fundraising;
- Prominent level of international politics insight;
- Active participation and networking in business environment (on personal and institutional level);
- Proficiency in written and spoken communication in English;
- Experience in optimizing diverse talent and driving engagement;
- Global perspective and strategic mindset;
- International business etiquette & protocol savvy;
- Interest in innovative technologies, international economics and business;
