Salesforce Consultant

The Salesforce consultant will be responsible for advancing, managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM platform. This will include working with global Sales and Support teams to design, develop and deploy robust Salesforce capabilities; provide general support alongside the Salesforce Admin; and be a subject matter expert for the system overall so our business users can obtain the maximum value from the ever-increasing Salesforce feature set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with stakeholders from the global organization and other key contributors to define improvements to business processes and translate them into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products
- Leverage strong technical aptitude, and understand both business and technical language and ideas to develop and maintain the stakeholder roadmaps
- Drive resolution of design trade-offs between declarative, code, and third-party tools
- Build configurations using recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions to integrate Salesforce with upstream systems
- Participate in implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management within the Agile methodology and Scrum teams
- Responsible for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams
- Work closely with third-party vendors, including software providers and consultants, to implement new solutions
- As SME, provide advice and feedback to internal CRM team regarding support, configuration and general Salesforce architecture
- Design and maintenance of Customer and Partner Communities

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

- enterprise Salesforce experience including in-depth knowledge of platform configuration, architecture, and implementation best practices
OR
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 301)
- Design and implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and Lightning

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Experience with CTI integrations
- Knowledge of SOQL, Visual Flow, Visualforce/APEX/Force.com
- Additional Salesforce Certifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization and project management skills
