Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is just a unique HR role far away from what is considered classic HR mindset.

What you will be expected to care of?

As an HR professional, you shall be responsible for the people agenda, by providing HR support and advise to ensure successful implementation of the Ferratum people plan. More specifically, it would look like this:
* HR Master Data: Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee;
* On Boarding & Performance: Administering performance management processes and timelines;
* Communication: Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management;
* Employee Champion: Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization;
* Statutory and Compliance: Ensuring statutory compliance for establishment license, labor law and record information on a timely basis.

What we are looking after?

* You will have at least three years in the HR field, ideally in a multinational environment (not a must, though)
* You will show drive, energy, good listening and communication skills, and capacity to deal with topics relevant to the entire employee lifecycle.
* You should be fun, relaxed and very reliable person; show a rather high degree of operational autonomy.
