Nature and aim of the position:

Jr. HR Partner is a mid-senior position reporting to the HR Business Partner and works closely with the CEE HR Team as well being a part of a wider international HR team. The holder of the role has responsibility for providing operational support to local offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Russia, and Balkan countries and act as a back-up for HR Partner for Slovakia. Jr. HR Partner will become the guide for our employees in the area of HR within the company. Besides operational HR tasks and administration, this person will also take part in various HR projects. The role requires occasional business travels.

Employment Relations
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders and the payroll provider
• Provide first line support for advice managers and employees, regarding all employee relations queries. Guides the managers in order to resolve the matters informally as well as to help them identify matters that will need to be addressed formally
• Prepare documentation and support HR Business Partner in sensitive cases, including chairing and/or taking minutes on investigations and disciplinary hearings
• Record keeping of documents and following up on all outcomes
• Prepare and follow up correspondence on contractual changes (such as change of T&C, contract variations etc)
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing HR requirements
Recruitment
• Work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment and working with them through the interview process
• Manage the whole internal recruitment life-cycle, including screening candidates, conducting interviews and support line managers
• Build relationships and manage local external partners and personnel agencies
• Be aware of candidate care, making sure all candidates’ have a positive recruitment experience
• Acting as a point of contact for any candidate queries during the recruitment and selection process
• Assist the HR Business Partner on recruitment of Senior Roles, specifically coordinating interviews and providing the required documents and uploading the roles on specific job board
• Request references for new employees
Monthly payroll processing
• Ensure complete & timely processing of monthly payroll for Czech Republic in accordance with payroll schedule and deadlines in a timely manner
• Process and administer reports for financial analysis and information
• Ensure all monthly processes are completed
• Process new starters, leavers, and referral, annual or ad hoc bonuses
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal stakeholders and the payroll provider
• Provide ad-hoc reports as and when required
• Support accounts with ad-hoc queries and monthly reports
HR Admin
• Carry out Internal Audit of employment contracts as delegated by the HR Business Partner
• Take ownership our HR System, Workday
• Support the business with any Workday related queries ensuring all personal details and records are kept up to date and keeping up with legal requirements
• Ensure accurate data entry on to Workday & cross reference with HR as applicable
• Collating, inputting and amending employee’s data on Workday accurately and in time for the relevant payroll runs
• Monthly update of HR Dashboards & Trackers
Ad Hoc Duties
• Provide ad-hoc reports for the HR Business Partner as and when required
• Assist the HR Business Partner with employee benefits scheme
• Coordinate local team events (such as teambuildings) and support global HR initiatives at local level
• Occasional support for HR Partner for Slovakia

Experience with supporting employees and partner business in remote sites
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Independence and active approach to work
Ability to complete tasks to set deadlines and quality criteria
