Main duties and responsibilities
• Daily fraud alerts/cases investigation,
• Participation on various data analyses with focus on improvement of data detection system (data gathering, analyse, prediction models, propose improvement),
• Ad hoc and regular reports,
• Support for GB subsidiaries and admin centres – mainly data support
Reporting and collaboration
• Fraud Prevention Manager
• All CSC teams/ departments
• Country/ Sales/ Refund Managers
• Daily fraud alerts/cases investigation,
• Participation on various data analyses with focus on improvement of data detection system (data gathering, analyse, prediction models, propose improvement),
• Ad hoc and regular reports,
