Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Supports Cluster Communication & Marketing manager in various daily and long term tasks
• Is responsible for company support with digital marketing tools
• Is responsible for realization and follow up of marketing activities within the cluster of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary

Organizational and administrative tasks:
• Prepares analysis and reports on monthly basis
• Supports sales team as CRM administrator, trains new users and checks the quality and reliability of data in CRM

Marketing tasks:
• Regularly updates subsidiary websites, creates content strategy in line with company marketing communication strategy
• Regularly updates entrusted company social media profiles and related community of followers, sets up KPI’s and manages 3rd parties
• Actively reviews and modifies content strategy of digital marketing channels
• Regularly creates content for different marketing and communication channels
• Organizes and follows digital marketing campaigns and sales campaigns in cooperation with related departments
• Regularly updates sales kits (presentations, leaflets, brochures)
• Prepares adHoc presentations for management
• Prepares adHoc market studies
• Cooperates with HR department and co-creates the image of employer nb1 on the market
• Cooperates with other departments on brand management
• Performs different actions per marketing plan and given budget
• Coordinates and organizes different types of internal & external events
• Cooperates with C&M manager on tasks related to external communication
• Represents the company in professional manner on different external and internal events
• Cooperates and coordinates 3rd parties in different marketing tasks
