Key account manager Elevator (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

• Further development of existing customer relationships
• Acquisition of new customers and businesses
• Technical consultancy for our customers by developing a thorough understanding of customer requirements and needs
• Increase customer satisfaction and confidence in our company’s capabilities
• Interface to Product Engineering, Purchasing and Logistics in terms of tracking inquiries and working out proper solutions
• Prepare price calculations and cost-breakdowns in accordance with the internal standards
• Analyzing and optimization of costs together with Product Engineering to improve competitiveness

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years professional experience in Key Account Management for industrial products
• High School or Bachelor degree in business engineering or business administration (Technical vocational schools are also acceptable)
• Experience in developing Sales strategies and usage of Marketing tools (Pricing, Product Mgmt, Communication)
• Experience with product assembling (compilation of different components for final product)
• Knowledge of Pricing (especially copper), Product Management & Communication Tools
• Excellent command of English & either French, Spanish or Italian (German is a plus)
• Sound IT Skills (MS Office especially MS Excel and SAP)
• Hands-on mentality and affinity for operational/analytical tasks
• Great deal of self-initiative and proactive behavior
• Resilient personality who works well under pressure

• for this position we offer a minimum gross salary of € 1900,- per month/over-payment is of course depending on qualification and experience
