Job description, responsibilities and duties

HSE Coordinator will work under the supervision of the HSE Manager to ensure that GA Drilling facilities comply with all safety, health, environmental, quality management systems requirements, and company-wide policies and procedures

Your future job:
- Abide by all Oil States Energy Services Safety and Operational Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the QHS&E Management System.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of applicable customer, state and local HS&E regulations or requirements to assist in compliance.
- Support deployment and maintenance of the QHS&E Management System for all locations or areas as assigned.
- Provide assistance with investigation of incidents to prevent future occurrences as required, ensure timely investigation and timely closure of corrective actions.
- Develop and conduct HS&E training regarding employees including timely completion of written documentation.
- Lead or participate in regular HS&E audits and inspections at field and shop locations as scheduled including monitoring corrective action to closure as identified.
- Review and respond to local analyses of HS&E statistics and trends in your assigned area of support.
- Participate in industry Health & Safety professional group(s) and maintain a current knowledge of industry HS&E direction and standards (agency & client).
- Providing HSE support to other departments in regard to Safety reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA and ISD, and providing HSE support to Field Operations at other locations (onshore and offshore)

Educational Specialization

Technician or Engineer in Environmental, Industrial or related field.

Personality requirements and skills

We will be glad to meet you, if you have:
- Min. 5 years of experience in HSE position in oilfield
- Solid knowledge of laws and regulations in EU HSE auditor
- Must is to have demonstrated knowledge of delivering hands on health, safety and environmental training
- Mentioning of authorship and co-authorship of patents (including still active patent application) and scientific publications activity is an advantage
- Must also have ability to assist with developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive health and safety programs
- Accreditation in HSE codes and standards/ISO
