For our prominent customer Innogy SE, newly formed inovation branch of RWE concern, we are looking for Scrum Master for e-mobility project.

E-Mobility project is platform for management, operations, monitoring and integration of charging stations for electric vehicles into company operation landscape. Electric vehicles are gaining massive momentum recently and all major automotive companies are drawing their focus there.

As a Scrum Master your main responsibilities will be:

• Providing support during introduction of SCRUM throughout the project
• Promoting the change to SCRUM to make development teams more efficient
• Working with other SCRUM masters to increase SCRUM's overall project effectiveness
• Initiating and tracking KPIs that support the development team in recognizing its results and improvements
• Removing obstacles
• Recognizing the need for development competencies
• Taking care of developing new skills
• Identifying gaps in the skills of the development team
• Ensuring communication within the development team and with other development teams
• Informing the development team about administrative topics

• active knowledge of English
• active knowledge of German
• experience in working as Scrum Master or Project Manager in agile environment
• experiences with agile methodologies and agile and waterfall requirement management tools
• good understanding of the software and product development lifecycle
• experience with software development processes and procedures
• experience with international teams
