Job description, responsibilities and duties
Description of the role:
Main objectives are the tasks related industrialisation of cabin and assembly segment within Holic unit. Work as a memeber of project teams, run process improvement activities. Key user in change management process for production.
Key tasks:
• Project tasks in area as:
-conduct facility layout development of new and revised production plants
- tool and equipment planning
- responsibility for 5S development, Kaizen, analysis and optimization of present production processes and layouts
- serial producution start up support
• Process and technology optimization and improvement
• Industrialization tasks within production business area
• Responsible of continues improvement in his area
